The – ϟ – Bolt A monthly curation of fabulous finds and personal favorites! This Month’s Top Moments TV The Real Housewives of Potomac is finally here! At first, I was skeptical, but then I started watching it and I can’t get enough. Gizelle was my favorite until she started being mean to Ashley. Ashely is hilarious and reminds me so much of myself, so that’s probably why I like her. Katie is also really funny in the most awkward, openly money-hungry way. I don’t really know why Karen and Charrisse are on the show, but it was great to see Charrisse’s more vulnerable side when she opened up about the current state of her marriage. And Robyn could definitely be my friend in my head (cc: Wendy Williams)! NYFW I was a TV Host at AMCONYC’s 3-day showcase during New York Fashion Week (I know… I’ve definitely mentioned this before), but I want you guys to know that my full diary entry is coming soon! In the meantime, I’ve put together an album on my NEW …

The – ϟ – Bolt A monthly curation of fabulous finds and personal favorites! This Week’s Top Moments Film  [youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csYzxoZZzb4] 13 Going on 30 was on VH1 last night. I’m beginning to realize that I’ve spent too much time dreaming about my thirties. Social Media [youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0FCxM8jgftw] Oprah takes on the Ice Bucket Challenge! Life Art Meets Activism… One of my good friends decided to use her talents for a call to action against police brutality. The music video is being released today  (I’m in the background!) Follow her on Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, Soundcloud, and like her Facebook page! What I’m… Thinking About The Silence of the ‘Black’ White Celebrities… Amidst the horrible events that are taking place in Ferguson after the death of Michael Brown, Malek Mouzon wrote a very interesting article about how frustrating [it is] to watch white musicians be so ready to have legions of Black dancers/singers behind them, work with Black producers, sing about how “we” do and then be nowhere to be found when a Black tragedy takes the national stage. I’m …

The – ϟ – Bolt A weekly curation of fabulous finds and personal favorites! This Week’s Top Moments TV I’m not really a T.Swift fan, but Jimmy Fallon’s ‘Ew!’ skits always crack me up! Film Remembering Robin Williams… Robin Williams was such a talented actor and comedian. He brought smiles to the faces of people of all ages. I can’t believe I was only three-years-old when Flubber – one of my favorite movies – came out! May he rest in peace and best wishes to his family. Life Last year I ran into Benny Ninja… Yesterday, I met J Alexander (aka Ms. J from America’s Next Top Model)! I wonder if Tyra is next? What I’m… Laughing About Quoting Rappers in my Job Interviews… I was surfing Bloglovin’s popular page and stumbled across a hilarious post on Helene in Between about responding to a job interviewer with famous rap lyrics. Quirky quips include “Certified, everywhere, ain’t gotta print the resume!” and “A Milli” in response to the questions “Do you have your resume?” and “What are you looking …
